Commented Issue: Migrate to Git [10755]

Please ask CodePlex to migrate the repository from SVN/TFS to Git. This would probably simplify third-party development and help the community grow.

At present it is practically the same code but with the addition of support for VS2012/.Net4.5 builds. I'll take a look through the issues list and see if there are any outstanding issues that I can fix up relatively easy and I'll probably try and scratch a couple of itches.
