Commented Issue: Migrate to Git [10755]

Please ask CodePlex to migrate the repository from SVN/TFS to Git. This would probably simplify third-party development and help the community grow.

I have noted on the home page that people should go to your GitHub repository for up-to-date source code. I guess they should keep using the discussion groups here, but submit new issues on GitHub, since pulls can be tied to issues. Perhaps I should add a comment to extant issues on CodePlex directing that they should be re-entered on GitHub if still wanted?
